What do you require for me to dispose of my vehicle?
Keys & Ownership. In most cases the driver will request registration papers and your signature on a transfer paper which he will provide. If the registration papers are not available or you are not the registered owner, in most cases the driver will accept picure id and a note granting permission to remove the junk car or truck. This can be discussed with the driver when he calls to confirm pickup time. We can also remove vehicles without keys as well.

How long does the removal process take?
Vehicles are usually removed within a few hours. Due to high volumes of calls, it may take up to 24 hours.

What if my vehicle is damaged or has missing parts?
If your car is missing tires, an engine, transmission, or any other parts, we can still have your vehicle dispatched for pick up. If the vehicle does not have enough value for the truck drives time and service, a small fee may be required. Certian parts missing may require a special truck for removal, so there may be a small fee as well. We do our best to ensure the fee is reasonable and agreed upon before removal.

How much is my car worth?
The value of your car is based on the weight, make, model and year information. Each day the market value changes for your vehicles components.
